Pacific National

Environment: Data centres, depots and operational sites across the country, running 24 hours a day, with a technology team that carries both projects and operations.
Challenge: Security platforms from several vendors, policy that had evolved differently at different sites, and a goal of running the whole estate to one standard without growing the internal team.
What we did: Designed a single security fabric across the national footprint, migrated site by site without interrupting operations, then took on day-to-day operation under a managed service with the client's leadership keeping full visibility.

Manufacturing & OT

Environment: Processing plants, distribution centres and corporate offices sharing one network, with production systems where continuity comes first.
Challenge: Operational and corporate systems had grown together on shared infrastructure, and the business wanted one security standard across every plant, distribution centre and office.
What we did: Redesigned the network with segmentation between operational and corporate systems, consolidated security onto one integrated platform, and moved to an ongoing managed service.

Local government

Environment: An administration centre, libraries, depots and community facilities across a large metropolitan area.
Challenge: Security tooling from several vendors that had served well but no longer gave one view of the estate, and an uplift programme that wanted a solid foundation to build on.
What we did: Consolidated firewalling, secure access and visibility into one platform, delivered as a single programme across every council facility.

Education & community services

Environment: Schools, early learning centres and community services across a regional footprint, supported by a small ICT team.
Challenge: Several point products managed separately, and a small team that wanted to spend more of its time enabling the organisation and less on day-to-day upkeep.
What we did: Migrated every campus and service to a unified, centrally managed security platform, and handed the team one console instead of many.
